Kotleta is a fusion restaurant that combines Japanese & Western. As such the restaurant was designed keeping in mind both the cuisines and the juxtaposition of the designs associated with both. An open kitchen, judicious use of wood, a tree, chopstick motifs & a central 3 dimensional art piece that transformed showing scenes of both the cultures depending on perspective.
